Shipping & Returns

Orders ship from U.S. fulfillment centers and typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Electrical items (heated blankets and pads) must be unused for return.

Cushions, bean bags and mattress pads arrive vacuum-compressed. Please allow 24–48 hours (some items 48–72) for foam to recover its full shape before judging the loft.
